How to use this site

This website provides travellers with an in-depth information centre giving useful details about more than 100 of the world's most travelled-to countries.

Selecting a Country (country list) – Countries can be selected from the list of countries on the left of the globe. A scroll bar is provided to the right of this list allowing for further countries to be accessed.

Information about each country - Once a country has been selected you can see where it is in the world, general geopolitical information such as capital city, population, languages etc. A menu is provided below each country map allowing for you to find information out about healthcare, geography, transport, a country specific checklist and recommended products for  that particular country.

Recommended Products - Along the bottom of each country you will see a list of Lifesystems and Lifeventure products which we recommend for that country. Click on any of these for a full description.

Country Checklist - On each country's page we have put together a general checklist of products for the type of travel you might expect to experience. This page is printable.

Risk Areas - Click on the button below the Country List and you can see a series of basic maps highlighting areas of the world where Malaria, Yellow Fever, Dengue Fever and Bilharzia are a risk.

Other Links - Along the top of the pages you will see a series of useful travel links, including world time, world weather, currency convertor, security bulletins, insurance, live health updates and vaccine information.
